Salary: Casual - $32.30 an hour or Full-time - $50000 - $550000 superannuation (inc. NFP salary packaging)

genU is looking for a reliable and supportive General Hand to roll up your sleeves in a hands-on timber manufacturing role. Youll work alongside supported employees with disabilities helping them build skills while producing quality timber products.

What youll do

• Assist with day-to-day timber manufacturing tasks and production.
• Work alongside and mentor supported employees in the workshop.
• Ensure safe work practices are followed at all times.
• Contribute to a positive and inclusive team environment.

What youll bring

• A positive attitude willingness to learn and pitch in.
• Practical reliable and happy to work in a team setting.
• Ability to guide and encourage people with disabilities at work.
• Understanding of safe work practices in a workshop.

(Youll also need an NDIS Worker Screening Check and Orientation Module Certificate but dont worry well help guide you through this.)

Bonus points for

• Professional timber work or manufacturing experience.
• Experience in a disability support setting.
