Key Responsibilities:
Greet customers promptly and professionally at their vehicle to begin the service experience
Install protective floor mats and seat covers to ensure vehicle cleanliness and care
Accurately gather and input customer and vehicle information using Wi-Advisor or dealership software
Conduct a detailed walk-around inspection with the customer noting any visible concerns
Listen attentively to customer concerns and document service needs clearly in the CRM
Review and recommend scheduled maintenance services based on vehicle history and manufacturer guidelines
Clearly explain the benefits of the complimentary multi-point inspection and what it includes
Communicate effectively with technicians to ensure customer concerns are properly diagnosed
Provide accurate estimates for recommended services and obtain customer approvals
Maintain regular communication with customers regarding vehicle status additional findings or delays
Handle service follow-ups including post-service check-ins to ensure satisfaction
Coordinate with parts department to ensure timely availability of necessary components
Process repair orders warranty claims and payment transactions efficiently and accurately
Maintain an organized and clean service write-up area
Uphold dealership standards for customer service professionalism and compliance
- Qualifications:
Valid Drivers License
2 years of experience in a Service Advisor role
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Proven ability to deliver exceptional customer service
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
