Customer Service Representative Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide excellent customer service by responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Handle customer complaints provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution.
  • Maintain customer records by updating account information and handling changes in services or products.
  • Manage large amounts of incoming calls and emails in a fast-paced environment.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
  • Proficiency in using customer service software and tools.

Desired Experience:

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer service role.
  • Experience in handling high-volume customer inquiries and complaints.

  • Maximum Salary: $85000
