Inviting applications for the role of Principal Consultant - Intune/SCCM Administrator (L3)
In this role we are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Intune/SCCM Administrator to join our team in a fully remote capacity through our esteemed partnership with Genpact. The ideal candidate will have a robust understanding of Microsoft Intune and System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM) paired with a proactive mindset and a commitment to excellence. This role is an incredible opportunity for seasoned IT professionals looking to elevate their expertise in a dynamic and supportive environment.
Microsoft Intune Administration: Manage mobile device and application deployment implement compliance policies and troubleshoot Intune-related issues.
SCCM Management: Oversee the deployment configuration and management of SCCM including software packaging patch management and OS deployment.
Endpoint Security: Develop and enforce endpoint security policies to ensure compliance with organizational IT standards.
System Monitoring and Reporting: Regularly monitor server and client environments generating detailed reports on system health software distribution and compliance.
Automation and Scripting: Create and maintain PowerShell scripts to streamline administrative tasks and improve system efficiency.
Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to design and implement solutions that align with business goals.
Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation for configurations procedures and troubleshooting guides.
Training and Support: Provide technical training and support to end users and junior IT staff as needed.
Bachelors Degree required. Preferably in Computer Science Information Systems or related field.
Excellent Communication skills
Proven experience in managing and administering Microsoft Intune and SCCM environments.
Strong expertise in Windows and macOS operating systems as well as Android and iOS mobile platforms.
In-depth knowledge of Active Directory Azure AD Group Policy and other Microsoft enterprise services.
Proficiency in scripting languages particularly PowerShell for automation and troubleshooting.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with meticulous attention to detail.
Experience in configuring and managing software deployments updates and patch management.
Knowledge of endpoint security practices including antivirus and encryption configurations.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Professional experience in IT systems administration with a focus on Intune and SCCM.
Relevant certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Microsoft Certified: Endpoint Administrator or equivalent are highly desirable.
Prior experience in remote work and demonstrated ability to manage and prioritize tasks independently.
