RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Acting as the named quantum expert or as the lead assistant to one of our globally recognised quantum experts involved in international arbitration litigation or ADR.
- Drafting expert reports and leading the analysis for the final reports.
- Experience of testifying under cross examination.
- Providing advisory services to Clients.
- Ability to win own expert appointments. Generating USD 125000 of new fees for the business per annum.
- Managing the workload and career development of team members.
- Attending and organising client events.
- UK based with some national and international travel.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Degree level education in a construction or Quantity Surveying related field (or equivalent).
- Relevant MSc would be an advantage (or equivalent).
- RICS qualified or equivalent.
- Ideally 5-10 years of construction related industry experience.
- Ideally 3 years quantum expert experience.
- Excellent understanding of Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Excellent report writing skills and comfortable analysing large sets of data.
- Energetic pro-active and professional.
- Excellent communication skills verbal/written.
