- Lead our curriculum Great Foundations designed for students ages 4-6
- Build foundational math skills through interactive hands-on activities and games
- Work collaboratively with team members to deliver individualized instruction in a group setting
- Create a positive encouraging learning environment that fosters curiosity and confidence
- Assess students learning progress and engagement throughout instructional sessions
- Adapt teaching methods to meet the needs of each young learner
- Become proficient with educational materials and processes
- Teach 812 hours/week (mornings twice a week)
- Optional: pick up extra hours during our regular business hours (after school and weekends) if desired
- Passion for math and working with young children
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Eagerness to learn and be trained
- Exceptional math competency through at least Algebra I
Mathnasium locations are independently owned and operated by franchisees of Mathnasium Center Licensing LLC (Mathnasium). Franchisees are independent business people and not employed by Mathnasium. Thus each franchisee and each franchisee center is unique and the franchisee is alone responsible for all employment matters in their center. If you are hired to work at a center the franchisee will be your employer not Mathnasium.
