Job Title: Pre-Sales Proposal Analyst (Technical Projects)

We are seeking an experienced Pre-Sales Proposal Analyst to join our team on a freelance or contract basis. The ideal candidate will be responsible for crafting persuasive client-ready proposals for technical projects across diverse industries. This role requires the ability to translate complex technical requirements into clear business value helping position our organization as a trusted partner for digital transformation and innovation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work with internal teams (sales technical and delivery) to gather inputs and understand project requirements.
- Develop comprehensive pre-sales proposals that outline project scope objectives timelines and deliverables.
- Translate technical specifications into client-friendly business language highlighting benefits ROI and strategic value.
- Create structured documents and presentations tailored to executive decision-makers.
- Research industry benchmarks market trends and competitor offerings to strengthen proposals.
- Suggest potential KPIs phased approaches and implementation roadmaps for technical projects.
- Ensure proposals are polished persuasive and aligned with client needs.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in pre-sales proposal writing or business consulting for technical projects.
- Strong background in IT digital transformation or emerging technologies (AI cloud automation data analytics etc.).
- Ability to quickly understand technical requirements and communicate them effectively to business stakeholders.
- Excellent writing structuring and presentation skills.
- Prior experience preparing proposals for enterprise clients BFSI or technology-driven projects (preferred).
- Knowledge of proposal management tools RFP responses or bid processes is a plus.
