At J.P. Morgan Asset Management our Product and Experience team ison a mission to build the worlds greatest asset management platform.
We are hiringa senior Experience Designer to join our design team with a focus on Trading applications in the investment platform. This role will be critical to the delivery of powerful user-friendly products for sophisticated financial service contribute to design standards and best practices across the platform with the support of yourhighly skilled (and friendly!) design team peers.

- Contribute to product success by planning and executing the full range of user research and design activities
- Ensure that design decisions are informed by qualitative and quantitative research findings

Job Responsibilities
- Lead the entire user-centered design process through research design and iterative enhancement.
- Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary project teams including product owners and engineering leads across multiple business lines geographiesand time zones.
- Deliver design solutions that are grounded in validated user needs. Clarify user journeys createhigh-fidelity mockups and build rapid prototypes.
- Work side-by-side with UI developers to ensure feasibility and to support the implementation of designs.
- Understand use and contribute to our design system and standard interaction patterns.
Required Qualifications Capabilities and Skills:
- Expertise in multiple areas ofexperience design including research information architecture product design visual design prototyping and validation
- Proficiency with Figma
- Fluency with design systems
- Familiarity with research tools (e.g. Maze)
- Strong communication skills. Ability to speak persuasively with designers product and technology partners and senior business leaders.
Preferred Qualifications Capabilities and Skills:
- 7 years as an Experience Designer in a product or agency environment
- Bachelors or Masters degree in UX HCI or related fields
- Experience working with agile and lean development teams
- Experience designing for enterprise applications or other complex data-rich products
- Experience designing for financial services is strongly preferred
