Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and technically skilled individual to join our team as a Regulatory Compliance this role you will be responsible for creating and managing Safety Data Sheets (SDS) for a variety of products advising on regulatory compliance for product labeling and closely monitoring evolving regulatory standards in North America. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background a keen understanding of regulatory landscapes and the ability to ensure full compliance with chemical safety and labeling requirements.

Job Responsibilities:
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Chemistry Environmental Science Regulatory Affairs or a related technical discipline. Advanced degree preferred.
A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in regulatory affairs SDS development or related roles (preferably within the chemical manufacturing or consumer goods industries).
Experience with GHS and regional labeling regulations.
Proficiency in SDS authoring software (e.g. Chemwatch SDS Authoring Tool).
Strong understanding of chemical hazards toxicology and classification systems.
Familiarity with regulatory frameworks such as OSHA EPA TSCA WHMIS Prop 65 and SARA Title III.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong analytical problem-solving and time-management abilities.
Attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
Certifications in Regulatory Affairs
Knowledge of sustainability regulations or eco-labeling standards.
Some travel within North America is required
