Position Summary:
The Head of US Professional Sales will lead the Field & Inside Sales Strategy execution and performance across both PCA SKIN and EltaMD brands and will be ideally based in Scottdale AZ however a remote option will be considered. This Senior Executive will be responsible for driving revenue growth developing high-performance sales teams and building lasting relationships with key professional accounts (Dermatologists Med Spa Plastic Surgeons Spa etc.)
This role requires a leader with deep knowledge of the aesthetic and dermatological space strong drive strategic thinking and a passion for results.
This is a high-impact leadership role ideal for a dynamic data-driven sales leader with deep experience in professional skincare or aesthetic medicine a strong track record of managing complex multi-brand portfolios and a passion for unlocking growth through best in class commercial execution and collaboration.
How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW
Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute the U.S. Professional Sales Strategy to meet and exceed revenue profitability distribution and market share and capitalize on market growth opportunities emerging trends and competitive positioning utilizing strong strategic planning and creative thinking skills to analyze business opportunities and develop successful sales strategies.
Team Management: Lead develop and scale high-performing Sales teams including 10 Sales Leaders and 85 Field & Inside Sales Representatives. Oversee continuous training programs that enhance product knowledge selling skills and customer engagement. Foster a culture of high performance customer focus excellent commercial execution collaboration and ethical conduct.
Business Development & Channel Growth: Deepen partnerships with high potential Dermatologists Med Spas Plastic Surgeons Spas and other professional skincare providers; expand reach through new strategic accounts and initiatives. Develop and implement portfolio-based selling strategies with Medical Accounts to enhance customer value and drive loyalty across multiple categories. Collaborate and drive effective campaigns that have measurable results.
Operational Excellence: Deliver overall Top line Sales performance in line with established sales goals by actively leading all sales operations and strategies. Set and track clear KPIs oversee forecasting territory planning and CRM utilization and use data to drive productivity territory management & coverage optimization . Provide input and leadership in the development implementation and refinement of sales compensation programs.
Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner closely with Brand Marketing Professional Marketing Education and Medical Affairs teams to ensure alignment and optimize go-to-market execution leveraging strong interpersonal skills to influence others.
Customer Engagement: Strength & cultivate strong relationships with top-tier physician accounts especially in Med Spas and Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) to understand their needs and elevate brand loyalty and sell-through approaches.
Communication & Accountability: Possess excellent communication skills enabling the development of action plans ensuring accountability and follow-through and delivering highly effective oral and written presentations and proposals to all levels of management.
Mobility: Demonstrate willingness to travel frequently (> 75%) throughout the US.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelors degree in Business Administration Management or related field.
10 years of progressive sales leadership experience in Medical Aesthetics Dermatology or Premium Skincare.
5 years of experience in a sales leadership role
Demonstrated success in building scaling and leading U.S. sales organizations and delivering double digit revenue growth.
In depth understanding of physician-dispensed skincare and aesthetics market landscape.
Proven ability to evaluate business opportunities and develop winning sales strategies to deliver consistent growth customer acquisition and sales team development.

Compensation and Benefits
Salary Range $240000.00 - $275000.00 USD
Pay is determined based on experience qualifications and location. Salaried employees may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses profit-sharing and long-term incentives for Executive-level roles.
Benefits: Salaried employees enjoy a comprehensive benefits package including medical dental vision basic life insurance paid parental leave disability coverage and participation in the 401(k) retirement plan with company matching contributions subject to eligibility requirements. Additional benefits include a minimum of 15 vacation/PTO days (hourly employees receive a minimum of 120 hours) and 13 paid holidays (vacation days are prorated based on the employees hire date within the calendar year). Paid sick leave is adjusted based on role and location in accordance with local laws.
