TRANSPORTATION ANALYST
NORTH AMERICAN TRANSPORTATION SANFORD NC
COTY is looking for smart leaders who are fast and passionate.
Coty empowers the Transportation Analyst North America to optimize regional transportation with real-time data innovation and cross-functional collaboration. Cotys fast-paced and creative culture gives this role visibility and growth opportunities beyond traditional supply chain roles.
As our Transportation Analyst you are responsible for KPIs automation and continuous improvement.
Supporting our freight audit and payment and Transportation Operation through daily execution of responsibilities monthly financial reporting and driving continuous improvement initiatives to support our efficiency journey.
Your main focus:
- Preparation of KPIs and creation of root cause analysis story line each month.
- Driving automation initiatives by partnering with your manager and Engineering team.
- Champion relationships with a large segment of our carrier partners acting as the key point of communication.
- Creation of standard operating procedures maintaining the play book; auditing on a pre-determined schedule.
- Assist in freight audit and payment initiatives and supporting day to day operations.

The team consists of Transportation Analyst working closely together with several departments such as procurement finance and Transportation operations. All your colleagues are driven to succeed and improve each day.
QUALIFICATIONS
Wed love to see candidates who have:
Essential:
- 3 years of related analytical experience in a supply chain role
- Undergraduate degree required. MBA a plus
- Self-driven
- Has a continuous improvement mind-set
- Highly organized
- Advanced skills with Excel
- Follows up aggressively
Desirable:
- Experience with freight audit and payment
- Must be autonomous decisive strategic thinking
- Good knowledge of Power BI Power Automate SQL Python
