Overview
East Bay Periodontics and Implant Dentistry is looking for a Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) with extensive oral surgery experience to become our Lead Surgical Assistant in Oakland CA. This is a great opportunity for a motivated and organized RDA who thrives in a surgical setting and aims to take on a leadership role in a high-quality patient-centered practice. Compensation:$30$40/hour (based on experience)
Schedule:Full-Time MondayThursday 8:00 AM 5:00 PM
Key Responsibilities
- Chairside assisting for periodontal and oral surgery procedures including implants and grafting
- Sterilization operatory setup and patient preparation
- Back-office organization and maintenance
- Ordering and managing surgical and clinical supplies
- Supporting the doctor and clinical team to ensure smooth daily operations
Qualifications
- Current RDA license and CPR certification (required)
- Strong oral surgery experience (required)
- Experience in periodontics implants or specialty dental practices (preferred)
- Knowledge of Dentrix Ascend software
- Excellent knowledge of dental instruments and sterilization protocols
