Tasks
- Lead Research & Prospecting: Identify and research potential clients in target industries building comprehensive prospect lists using various tools and databases.
- Outbound Outreach: Execute multi-channel outreach campaigns via email LinkedIn and phone to generate qualified leads and secure first appointments.
- Content Creation: Develop engaging social media content blog posts and marketing materials that showcase our AI solutions and attract potential clients.
- Lead Qualification: Conduct initial discovery calls to qualify prospects and understand their business needs before scheduling appointments.
- CRM Management: Maintain accurate records of all interactions pipeline status and lead progression in our CRM system.
- Campaign Optimization: Track performance metrics analyze conversion rates and continuously optimize outreach strategies.
- Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends competitor activities and emerging opportunities in the AI/automation space.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and technical teams to ensure smooth handoffs and successful client onboarding.
Requirements
- Qualifications & experience
- Fluent in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills. French & Thai languages are a plus.
- 2 years of experience in lead generation sales development or business development.
- Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding lead generation targets.
- Experience with CRM systems (HubSpot Salesforce Attio or similar).
- Strong content creation skills for social media and blog writing.
- Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator and other prospecting tools.
- Knowledge of email marketing platforms and automation tools.
- Understanding of B2B sales processes and buyer personas.
- Experience with social media management (LinkedIn Twitter Facebook).
- Basic understanding of SEO and content marketing principles.
- Strong analytical skills to track and optimize campaign performance.
- Self-motivated with excellent time management and organizational skills.
