Job Description
- Serve as a Business Analyst for a high-impact billing modernization project integrating with legacy systems.
- Work onsite in Saint Louis MO five days a week.
- Support system integrations particularly focusing on telecommunications billing systems.
- Utilize knowledge of Salesforce data structures and/or Mulesoft integration architecture.
- Integrate with ICOMS and/or CSG billing systems.
- Manage user stories and track dependencies using JIRA.
- Apply Business Process Modeling Notation (BPMN) for process documentation.
- Create process flows and diagrams with Lucidchart and MS Visio.
- Leverage at least 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst in similar environments.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful system integration.
- Candidates must have a LinkedIn profile for submission.
