Key Responsibilities: Media Data Analytics & Performance Optimization:
Track and analyze key performance metrics (views shares engagement rates watch time CTR bounce rate etc.) across digital social and video platforms.
Use analytics tools (Google Analytics YouTube Analytics social media insights etc.) to interpret data identify trends and uncover performance drivers.
Translate data insights into actionable strategies that inform content decisions drive engagement and improve audience retention.
Build and present regular performance reports with actionable recommendations to editorial social and video teams.
Collaborate with SEO teams to apply data-informed strategies for keyword optimization and content performance improvements.
Manage and streamline content pipelines ensuring smooth and timely publication across the website social media and YouTube platforms.
Collaborate with editorial teams on daily news curation ensuring seamless integration across digital channels.
Develop and manage content calendars to align with editorial strategies key campaigns and business goals ensuring all content is optimized based on data insights.
Oversee content creation processes to maintain high editorial standards ensuring accuracy consistency and brand alignment.
Maintain and enforce editorial guidelines and quality benchmarks across all digital content including written visual and video formats.
Regularly review content to ensure alignment with editorial guidelines and correct any inconsistencies or inaccuracies.
Collaborate with the social media and editorial teams to continuously refine content strategies for key platforms including YouTube ensuring content is optimized for each platforms format.
Work closely with marketing product SEO and tech teams to align content strategies with business objectives and integrate data insights across all touchpoints.
Partner with the sales and brand solutions teams to develop and execute content-driven partnership ideas that align with editorial guidelines and leverage data to maximize results.
Collaborate with social media teams to refine content strategies based on performance analytics optimizing for each platforms unique requirements.
