Job Description
Oversee quality checks of CMS Crossings Bogies Coupler components and their assemblies
in line with railway engineering standards.
Conduct pre-inspection in-process and final inspection as per QAP approved by clients
including RDSO.
Ensure dimensional visual and functional inspections of export castings mining equipment
and sample castings.
Prepare and issue Control Plans Check Sheets Final Inspection and Clearance Reports.
Ensure calibration of all measuring and inspection instruments as per schedule.
Certifications & Compliance:
Manage and coordinate for RDSO ISO 9001 and other regulatory body inspections and
audits.
Support and maintain ISI Kitemark and Class A Foundry certifications.
Coordinate third-party audits and ensure plant readiness for customer inspections.
