Job Summary
HVAC Preconstruction Manager / Design/Engineer Orange County CA
Responsibilities:
- Review all contract project requirements
- Ensure client satisfaction in early phase of upcoming projects
- Business development with existing and prospect general contractors and owners
- Review project specs and identify value engineering opportunities to present to our clients
- Manage the schedule planning designing and construction of HVAC systems
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering or similar.
- 5 years with AutoCAD BIM Revit and Navisworks.
- Projects experience with Commercial Institutional Educational and Healthcare Market segments.
- Local to Orange County
- Stable work-history
