Job Description
Position Summary:
We are seeking a highly experienced Telecommunications Analyst with at least five (5) years of expertise in telecommunications system analysis design and development. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in programming and designing systems for billing trouble ticket management service order entry and configuration management with a strong focus on supporting government and public safety operations.
This role requires a blend of analytical technical and problem-solving skills to plan design and maintain mission-critical telecommunications systems. The successful candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve operational efficiency enhance system capabilities and ensure reliable service delivery to meet the needs of public safety agencies.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan analyze design develop and maintain telecommunications systems.
Conduct system analysis to support billing trouble ticket management and service order entry.
Perform configuration management and system design activities.
Support service order planning and analysis efforts using both manual and automated tools.
Provide technical expertise in the development and enhancement of telecommunications systems for government and public safety agencies.
Recommend and implement improvements to optimize system performance and reliability.
Qualifications:
Minimum 5 years experience in telecommunications system analysis and design.
Strong programming skills in telecommunications-related applications.
Experience with billing trouble ticket management service order entry and configuration management systems.
Proven ability to support government or public safety telecommunications operations.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Strong communication skills both written and verbal.
