Job Description
Salary: 25105.23 per year (13.72 per hour)
Shifts: MondayFriday rotating between 6:0014:00 and 14:0022:00
At our York site home of Poppets and XXX Mints we make some of the UKs most well-known confectionery. Every role here is important whether its keeping production lines moving or making sure every product meets our quality standards.
As a Production Operative youll be hands-on with our machinery and production processes. Youll set up equipment monitor performance and make adjustments to keep things running smoothly. Some days will be about completing routine checks others about fixing issues quickly so we meet our targets. Its a fast-moving environment where teamwork matters and your work will directly contribute to products enjoyed across the country.

Qualifications :
We need people who are reliable can work well in a team and are comfortable in a busy factory setting. Because shifts rotate living locally or having your own transport is helpful. Previous factory experience is useful but not essential we hire for potential and will give you the training you need.
