YOUR ROLE AT SIXT
- You own and drive key self-service features and projects over the full product development cycle: from the ideation phase through design specification and development and over to the launch and post release analysis
- You define and prioritize self-service initiatives that enhance the digital rental journey reduce contact center dependency increase digital adoption and support the growth and scale of SIXTs strategic ambitions
- You collaborate closely with diverse stakeholders (e.g. product engineering design operations data science teams) to define build and launch products and features
- You write clear actionable product specifications and optimize self-service funnels. Foster a culture of experimentation with rapid prototyping and A/B testing to validate new ideas
- You leverage product data and KPIs (e.g. contacts per rental digital checkout quota pre-enriched checkouts) to make informed strategic decisions in a complex high-volume environment
- You develop and execute personalization strategies that tailor self-service content nudges and feature recommendations to individual customer needs driving engagement satisfaction and conversion
YOUR SKILLS MATTER
- Experience You bring several years of product management experience adapt in agile methodologies with a focus on customer-facing digital products (experience in B2C digital products or the travel/mobility industry is a plus)
- Collaboration You have worked closely with cross-functional teams like engineering design operations customer service and data to define prioritize and deliver self-service features that meet both customer needs and business goals
- Skills You are confident in making data-informed decisions using KPIs such as contacts per rental cancellation rate and digital adoption rates to guide strategy. Furthermore you have hands-on experience with A/B testing and experimentation to validate hypotheses and optimize conversion funnels
- Mindset You bring a customer-first mindset and are driven to create seamless frictionless self-service experiences that delight users and prevent unnecessary contacts
- Hands-on & Problem solving You are passionate about making it happen have a hands-on mentality for flawless execution and are able to solve problems independently while keeping multiple stakeholders aligned
- Communication You excel at clear and persuasive communication able to simplify complex topics and influence decisions across all organizational levels from branch operations to executive leadership
