Our breathtaking Spa is 42000 square feet and is rated the best spas in Canada according to Spa Magazines readers.
Starting Rate: $19.37 per hour
We recognize tenure through our compensation. Hourly rates increase after six months and yearly to three years. At three years the pay rate for this role would be $23.49.
Note: The schedule for this position would be 2pm-10:45pm based on business levels.
Job Duties Include:
- Responsible for maintaining the Fairmont Spa premises; clean replenish stock of all spa amenities toiletries and linens and answer any guest inquiries
- Maintain female locker rooms in a tidy manner check and clean lockers when needed
- Direct members/guests to appointments and assist them with use of sauna steam whirlpool etc.
- Other duties as assigned
Note - We have both permanent positions available and seasonal position which you must be available from May-October.
Qualifications :
Your Skills & Qualifications:
- Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience an asset
- Demonstrates initiative and the ability to work with minimal supervision
- Have excellent interpersonal/communication skills are polite and friendly
- Are dedicated to a high level of customer service and attention to detail
- Must be able to lift carry and pull over 30 lbs and able to constantly stand and walk throughout shift. Motions include: standing walking bending kneeling reaching pushing pulling squatting climbing up and down the stairs.

Visa Requirements: Must be legally eligible to work in Canada. The hotel is unable to assist candidates in obtaining Canadian work authorization.
