Job Description
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:
- Delivering warm and friendly service while working across The Green Dining The Cart Bar & Kitchen and Conferencing & Events
- Order taking while maximising sales opportunities through knowledge of product and suggestive selling
- Work as part of a focused team living the culture of guest passion and excellent service.
Qualifications :
YOUR EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS INCLUDE:
- Excellent communication skills and a high standard of grooming and personal presentation
- Previous customer service or hospitality experience with a friendly guest focused attitude with experience within a hotel or resort restaurant bar or banqueting department(s) highly regarded.
- Currently hold or willing and able to obtain a QLD Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certificate
- Have the availability and flexibility to work shifts across Monday to Sunday including early mornings and late nights and Public Holidays.
- Unlimited work rights in Australia. The Resort is unable to offer Sponsorship for this position.
