You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailYou will be responsible for the successful planning coordination and execution of all banquet and catering events in the hotel ensuring exceptional service delivery from pre-event preparation to post-event follow-up. This includes managing the entire service process overseeing all aspects from initial sales inquiries and proposals through event set-up execution and breakdown.
You will provide leadership guidance and support to the banquet team working closely with Sales Managers Service Managers Culinary teams and other operational departments to ensure smooth communication and seamless event delivery. Your role also involves implementing and monitoring service standards ensuring all events meet or exceed guest expectations while adhering to budget and operational guidelines.
Qualifications :
Bachelors Degree in Hotel Management Event Management or related field.
Experience in Food & Beverage or Events leadership role.
Strong leadership and teamwork skills.
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational ability.
Excellent guest service and sales skills.
