Job Overview:
We are looking for a results-driven and proactive Appointment Setter to connect with small and medium-sized business (SME) owners and introduce them to our tailored business financing and restructuring solutions. This role is crucial in building the first bridge between prospects and our finance team helping businesses find the right support for their growth.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
Proactively identify and engage SME business owners through cold calls emails and other outreach methods.
Clearly communicate the value of our business financing and restructuring solutions.
Build rapport and trust with prospects quickly and professionally.
Qualify leads based on predefined criteria and schedule meetings with our lead finance consultant.
Maintain accurate records of outreach and follow-ups using CRM tools.
Collaborate with internal teams to refine outreach strategies based on feedback and performance.
Consistently meet or exceed appointment-setting targets.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in telemarketing appointment setting or sales.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong ability to persuade and handle objections professionally.
Self-motivated with a target-driven mindset.
Familiarity with CRM tools is an advantage.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities Lead Generation & Prospecting Build targeted B2B lead lists using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Sintra AI, and web research Qualify leads based on ideal customer profile (ICP) and industry-specific triggers Help maintain a monthly pipeline target of $100K+ in qualified opportunities Outreach & Pipeline Management Execute personalized outreach via HubSpot, Gmail, and Podium (email/SMS) Use ChatGPT/Merlin AI for message drafting and personalization Track engagement, update CRM stages, and flag warm leads for follow-up CRM & System Support Maintain accurate records across HubSpot and Cin7 Keep contacts tagged, organized, and aligned with follow-up schedules Provide weekly KPI snapshots and daily activity summaries in Notion/Google Sheets Scheduling & Time Management Use Motion to manage calendar, time-blocking, and task prioritization Coordinate weekly schedules and project timelines for both businesses Web & Admin Support Assist with light web edits and analytics tracking via Squarespace Format decks, write email drafts, and send capability documents on behalf of the founder Communication & Daily Support Check in daily via Slack, WhatsApp, or Google Chat Share quick end-of-day updates and checklists Be responsive during active hours (preferred 8 AM 5 PM AWST) Qualifications & Requirements 1 2+ years experience in virtual assistant, B2B lead generation, or remote admin roles Strong written English and a clear, professional communication style Fast learner with the ability to self-train using video tutorials and documentation Highly organized, detail-oriented, and consistent in task execution Comfortable with real-time communication and quick turnaround tasks Full-time availability with preference for 8 5 AWST working hours Digital Tools You ll Use & Be Expected to Learn Quickly HubSpot Cin7 Podium Google Workspace LinkedIn Sales Nav / Phantom Buster Sintra AI ChatGPT / Merlin AI Motion Squarespace Notion
