Job Description
About the role:
As our Sales Manager youll be responsible for driving sales performance across corporate leisure and business group segments. This is a community-focused role so were seeking someone with a warm personality who can continue building strong local connections while expanding our reach.
What you will be doing:
- Actively manage and grow key market segments to maximise revenue and profitability in line with commercial goals
- Build and nurture strong relationships with key clients and community partners
- Provide leadership and direction to the hotel sales team
Qualifications :
- Minimum 3 years experience in a hotel sales role
- Proven success in leading a team to achieve sales targets
- Strong communication negotiation relationship-building and networking skills
- Ability to execute sales strategies at a property level
