As part of a trusted national brand our local franchise is growing and were looking for a confident motivated Part-Time Sales Representative to help us reach more clients in our area.

Tasks

Your Role:

Youll be the first impression of our business managing enquiries nurturing leads and converting prospects into long-term satisfied clients. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys speaking with people works well independently and thrives on achieving results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to inbound enquiries from online forms emails and phone calls
  • Conduct client discovery calls to understand needs and explain our service offering
  • Convert leads into recurring bookings through clear compelling communication
  • Follow up with warm leads via phone text and email using our CRM system
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activity
  • Collaborate with the Franchise Owner to align on targets and messaging

Requirements

What Were Looking For:

  • A confident warm communicator with a professional tone
  • Sales or customer service experience (ideally in home services hospitality or B2C roles)
  • Comfortable making outbound follow-up calls and managing a pipeline
  • Highly organised with good attention to detail and follow-through
  • Tech-savvy and able to learn simple systems (e.g. CRM email templates)
  • Self-motivated proactive and comfortable working independently
