Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our team in Los Angeles. The ideal candidate has a deep knowledge of the LA market experience in residential development and a track record in managing both production and semi-custom home projects from concept to completion.
Key Responsibilities

Oversee and manage residential construction projects ensuring they are delivered on time on budget and to quality standards.

Lead forward planning efforts including entitlement processes permitting and coordination with city agencies.

Develop project schedules budgets and scopes of work.

Coordinate with architects engineers contractors and consultants to ensure timely project milestones.

Conduct site visits to monitor progress quality and compliance with safety standards.

Manage community development plans and ensure adherence to building codes and local regulations.

Identify potential risks and implement proactive solutions.

Maintain strong communication with stakeholders including internal teams and external partners.
Qualifications
-
5 years of experience in residential construction management with direct experience in production and semi-custom homes.

Strong knowledge of Los Angeles building codes permitting processes and development regulations.

Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Excellent organizational budgeting and scheduling skills.

Strong leadership and communication abilities.

Proficiency in project management software and tools.

Bachelor s degree in Construction Management Civil Engineering Architecture or related field preferred.
