We have a large SAAS company client who is looking for a recruiting coordinator in Mexico. This role is fully remote and a six-month contract. Candidates may live anywhere in Mexico.
Key responsibilities include:
- Coordinate and schedule interviews ensuring a smooth and efficient process for all parties involved
- Prepare and distribute interview materials including job descriptions candidate resumes and interview schedules
- Generate and distribute offer letters and other hiring documentation
- Maintain the confidentiality of sensitive candidate and company information
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of recruitment processes and procedures
Qualifications :
- 3 years of recruiting coordinator experience for a large tech company
- Experience working for a US-based company
- Fluent in both English and Spanish
- Comfortable in a fast-paced environment
- Experience using ATS Greenhouse
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team setting
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
