This is a fully remote opportunity ideally based in Mexico or the Philippines offering you the chance to work with a global team and contribute to a rapidly expanding company.

What Youll Do:

* Business Development Support: Assist in identifying and qualifying leads conducting market research and preparing sales materials.

* Customer Proposals & Contracts: Craft compelling proposals manage contract processes and ensure timely delivery of documentation.

* General Accounting & Financial Management: Handle invoicing expense tracking basic bookkeeping and assist with financial reporting.

* Operational Support: Manage project timelines coordinate with internal teams and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

* Founder Support: Provide comprehensive administrative and strategic support to the founders acting as a key liaison.

* Process Improvement: Identify areas for improvement and implement efficient processes to enhance productivity.

What You Bring:

* 5 Years of Experience: Proven track record in a software startup environment ideally with experience across multiple business functions.

* Entrepreneurial Spirit: A proactive self-driven and adaptable mindset with a passion for building and scaling businesses.

* Excellent English Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to clearly articulate ideas and build strong relationships.

* Financial Acumen: Solid understanding of basic accounting principles and experience with financial management tools.

* Tech Savvy: Comfortable with various software tools and platforms including project management CRM and accounting software.

* Remote Work Expertise: Demonstrated ability to thrive in a remote work environment with strong time management and organizational skills.

* Mexico or Philippines-Based: Ideally located in Mexico or the Philippines.

* Resourcefulness: Ability to solve problems independently and find creative solutions.

* Detail Oriented: Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.

* At least 5 years experience in small business management - ideally with a software startup or established software company

* A solid understanding of basic accounting and financial management is essential
