Job Description
Experience: 7 Years
Location: Bangalore
Key Responsibilities:
Must Have: Airport Domain Experience
1) Product Ownership and Requirements Management
- Define and manage product backlog user stories and functional specifications
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather analyze and validate requirements
- Plan and oversee releases ensuring alignment with business priorities
2) Functional and Process Analysis
- Conduct workshops to capture operational workflows and system requirements
- Analyze and optimize business processes in AOS AODB RMS FIDS and related systems
- Configure and document business rules for resource allocation
3) Product Development and System Integration
- Coordinate with development teams to ensure accurate implementation of requirements
- Facilitate integration with third-party systems (e.g. BHS BRS ATC VDGS)
- Support UAT and drive resolution of issues identified during testing phases
4) Documentation and Communication
- Create and maintain detailed documentation including functional specs and user guides
- Ensure clear communication with stakeholders on progress risks and changes
5) Training and Support
- Conduct training for AOCC operators key users and IT support teams
- Provide L2/L3 production support and assist in incident resolution
- Contribute to business continuity planning and disaster recovery testing
