Job Description

In this high-impact role youll be the technical mastermind behind our sales efforts working closely with clients to understand their needs and design tailored solutions using the powerful suite of  software offeringsfrom ERP to EAM and FSM. Youll be the bridge between business and technology helping customers see whats possible and guiding them toward transformation.

What Youll Do:

  • Collaborate with sales to uncover customer needs and craft visionary value-driven solutions using IFS software.
  • Lead technical discovery sessions solution design workshops and product demonstrations that inspire and engage.
  • Architect end-to-end solutions that align with customer goals industry best practices and IFS capabilities.
  • Translate business requirements into scalable future-proof architectures.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to clients building confidence through technical expertise and strategic insight.
  • Stay sharp with deep knowledge of IFS offerings industry trends and emerging technologies.

Qualifications :

Must-Haves:

  • A strong IT backgroundwhether through education experience or both.
  • A burning passion for software and a natural drive to sell and succeed.
  • 2 years in a technical presales solution engineering or similar customer-facing role.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skillsyou can turn complex tech into compelling stories.
  • Experience with enterprise software (ERP EAM FSM CRM etc.)IFS experience is a huge plus!
  • A proactive self-starting attitude with a hunger to learn and grow.

Bonus Points For:

  • Hands-on experience with IFS Cloud or other IFS solutions.
  • Familiarity with industries like manufacturing aerospace energy or service management.
  • A knack for building rapport and trust with both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • A sense of humor and a love for collaboration.
