Act as the responsible entity for IT compliance reporting. The Compliance Analyst at BioScript is a key position that is responsible for IT audit management and the automations required for compliance. This role also acts as a supporting role for the rest of the security team and may be tasked to perform security analyst task from time to time.

Your Mission:
- Design install configure and maintain internal and external compliance monitoring solutions.
- Prepare monthly compliance report.
- Act as main point of contact for IT audit and compliance questionnaires.
- Participate in non-compliance investigation and tracing of activities.
- Manage and maintain data retention in accordance with our obligations.
- Responsible for following the ITSM principles and reporting non-compliance.
- Design and implement monitoring and reporting functions that will make a hands-off environment.
- Define and document best practices for system management to reach compliance.
- Coordinate Automation of compliance validation within ServiceNow.
- Automate where possible permission change and access request.
- Ensure visibility of non-compliance events by creating proper alerting.
- Document compliance exceptions and maintain records of compliance assessments and validations.
- Maintain the log environment to ensure availability and proper information.
- Maintain compliance related ITSM documents ex: log standards audit standard and create SOP (Standard Operating Procedures) when applicable.
- Document compliance risks and deficiencies and follow-on remediation actions.
What You Bring to the Table:
- Bachelors degree in computer science (or related experience) preferred.
- ITIL knowledge/certification is considered an asset.
- IT Audit experience is considered a strong asset;
- CISA Certification is considered an asset.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role in an enterprise environment.
- Advanced knowledge of Windows Server/desktop Operating Systems.
- Managing deployments/rollouts utilizing ITSM principle.
- An understanding of LAN/WAN networking.
- Effective communication and documentation skills.
- Flexible and able to adapt to a rapidly changing environment.
- Must be organized and can manage projects of varying length.
- Positive self-motivated individual who can complete tasks independently.
- Must be a team player.
- English proficiency is required for this positionto effectively communicate with internal and external stakeholders.
Compensation: At BioScript your base pay is one part of your total compensation package and is determined within a range. Our pay ranges are based on the local cost of labor benchmarks for each specific role level and geographic location.
