Key Responsibilities:
- Achieve monthly quarterly & yearly sales productivity CCR & flexibility targets.
- Maintain Customer Services KPIs.
- Build sustainable relationships and trust with customers through open and interactive communication.
- Provide accurate valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools.
- Handle customer complaints provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution.
- Follow communication procedures guidelines and policies.
- Ensure all customer queries are answered on time; escalate issues to appropriate team members.
- Selling products and solutions.
- Possessing excellent product knowledge to enhance customer support and selling.
Qualifications :
- Business graduate from any reputed University.
- 2-3 years in manufacturing maintenance preferably in compliant factories.
- Positive attitude towards managing customers
- High level of communication negotiation planning skills
- Willing to travel different places where our customers have their factories
