Job Description
Role: Oversees financial planning budgeting and cost control for MDoDS initiatives.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare financial forecasts and track program spending; support cost estimating pricing forms and financial reporting to meet contract requirements.
- Align with Program Managers on financial status risk analysis contractor manpower reportingg and transition in/transition out budgets.
- Ensure compliance with DoD and federal financial regulations and support audit readiness.
Required Skills: Advanced financial management budgeting and cost control experience in DoD programs; knowledge of contract pricing cost type contracting and financial compliance.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Experience: 8 years in the proposed role within MDoDS functional areas
- Education: Bachelors degree in Business Accounting or a relevant field
- Certifications: Financial/accounting certifications preferred
Preferred Experience:
- DoD financial operations experience
