Senior Full Stack Engineer (React / C#)

As a Senior Full Stack Software Engineer youll be shaping solutions for some of Australias most recognisable brands working in an Agile environment where innovation quality and collaboration are at the heart of everything we do. Youll be hands-on with React and C# (.NET) tackling complex problems crafting elegant solutions and delivering products that make a real impact. 

Responsibilities

• Develop high-quality scalable and maintainable full stack applications using C# (.NET) and React.

• Collaborate closely with clients and internal teams to understand requirements share progress and ensure solutions meet business needs.

• Champion Agile practices actively participating in sprint planning stand-ups retrospectives and backlog refinement.

• Mentor and support junior developers encouraging knowledge sharing and skill development.

• Ensure code quality through peer reviews automated testing and adherence to best practices.

• Troubleshoot debug and optimise applications for performance security and usability.

• Maintain clear concise documentation to support ongoing development and client handover.

• Continuously seek opportunities to improve processes tools and ways of working.

Qualifications :

About you

• Strong commercial experience with C# for back-end development.

• Proven expertise with React for building responsive user-friendly interfaces.

• Solid understanding of RESTful APIs and microservices.

• Proficiency in SQL and database-driven application development.

• Familiarity with version control tools such as Git.

• Strong problem-solving skills and a passion for delivering high-quality outcomes.

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with proven success working in Agile teams.

• A proactive continuous learning mindset and the ability to adapt quickly to new challenges.
