Job Description

Senior Industrial Engineer
As a Senior Industrial Engineer you will support capital and process improvement projects across our manufacturing facilities in Northeast Ohio. This role focuses on improving equipment reliability safety and efficiency through hands-on engineering work and collaboration with production maintenance and process teams. You will work on project planning design and execution while ensuring compliance with safety environmental and quality standards.
Responsibilities
- Contribute to capital projects from concept through completion including design documentation and installation support.
- Develop engineering solutions to improve safety reduce operating costs and enhance equipment performance.
- Create and maintain accurate CAD drawings and technical documentation.
- Provide cost estimates schedules and technical evaluations for project work.
- Specify and review equipment quotations for technical compliance.
- Deliver hands-on technical support to production and maintenance teams.
- Collaborate with process engineering supply management and maintenance teams to meet operational goals.
- Ensure compliance with ISO 14001 EHS standards and applicable regulations.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Industrial Engineering Manufacturing Engineering or related field.
- 35 years of industrial or manufacturing engineering experience.
- Proficiency in CAD modeling; Solid Edge and AutoCAD preferred.
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.

Pay Range: $80000-$120000 Commensurate with experience
