The Office Services Consultant plays a vital role in ensuring the smooth and accurate delivery of TALs enterprise-level mailroom print and document management services. This position supports the business by processing scanning printing archiving and distributing critical correspondence and documentation all while maintaining high standards of quality security and timeliness.
In this role you will:
- Manage all aspects of mailroom operations including receiving sorting scanning archiving and distributing incoming mail as well as handling outgoing mail and internal office deliveries.
- Coordinate and complete print and send requests for multiple business units ensuring high-volume jobs meet quality standards and deadlines.
- Oversee banking and cheque processes including physical banking system entry and liaison with Accounts Receivable.
- Manage courier bookings cost allocation and logistics for ad hoc delivery needs.
- Administer document archiving and retrieval processes maintaining accurate records.
- Receive and securely store parcels and executive correspondence ensuring timely notification and collection.
Qualifications :
- Previous experience in a mailroom office services or administrative role is ideal though not essential.
- Open to university graduates looking for a corporate entry-level role.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to maintain accuracy in repetitive high-volume tasks.
- Professional communication skills with confidence in engaging stakeholders.
- High attention to detail and awareness of confidentiality when handling sensitive or original documents.
- Basic financial literacy (e.g. cheque processing reconciliation awareness) is an advantage.
