Job Description

Our client in the mobile sector is looking for a Architecture - Payment Solutions on a contract duration of 6 months.

Job Purpose:

To design implement and maintain scalable and secure payment solutions that integrate with internal systems third-party providers and global financial networks.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Define and document end-to-end payment architecture (card ACH instant crypto etc.)
  • Evaluate and integrate payment gateways processors and APIs (e.g. Stripe Adyen PayPal SWIFT)
  • Ensure compliance with PCI DSS PSD2 SCA and other regulations
  • Collaborate with product engineering and compliance teams
  • Drive modernization efforts (e.g. moving from legacy to microservices/cloud)
  • Maintain availability latency and resiliency of payment flows

Key Skills & Qualifications:

  • 7 years in payment systems or financial services architecture
  • Strong understanding of payment protocols (ISO 8583 ISO 20022 EMV SEPA SWIFT)
  • Experience with cloud-native environments (AWS Azure GCP)
  • Proficient in RESTful APIs event-driven architecture and message queues
  • Familiarity with tokenization fraud detection and settlement processes

Preferred Certifications:

  • TOGAF AWS Certified Solutions Architect PCI Professional (PCIP)
