Responsibilities
- Build and maintain relationships to create customers for life
- Assist customers in selecting a vehicle that fits their needs through consultative selling
- Demonstrate vehicles professionally explaining features benefits and latest technologies
- Educate customers on financing options and assist with the purchase process
- Follow up with buyers to ensure satisfaction and generate referral business
- Overcome objections and thrive in high-energy sales situations
- Maintain knowledge of current inventory promotions and market trends
- Use phone email and social media to engage with potential buyers
- Report directly to the Sales Manager regarding goals activities and performance metrics
Qualifications
- Previous sales or customer service experience preferred (automotive retail or similar field)
- Self-starter mentality with a competitive ambitious spirit
- Excellent communication and rapport-building skills
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Valid drivers license with clean driving record
- Willingness to work flexible hours including Saturdays (closed Sundays)
- Ability to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening
- Bilingual in English/Spanish is a plus
Schedule
- Full-time in-person
- MondaySaturday with one weekday off (Sundays off)
- Willingness to work occasional extra hours during high-volume periods
