When you join PwC Acceleration Centers (ACs) you step into a pivotal role focused on actively supporting various Acceleration Center services from Advisory to Assurance Tax and Business our innovative hubs youll engage in challenging projects and provide distinctive services to support client engagements through enhanced quality and innovation. Youll also participate in dynamic and digitally enabled training that is designed to grow your technical and professional skills.

As part of the Software and Product Innovation team you lead the design and development of innovative scalable software solutions. As a Manager you motivate and inspire your team leveraging their strengths to deliver exceptional client service while navigating complex challenges and fostering meaningful relationships. This role offers the chance to work with state-of-the-art technologies and methodologies in an agile environment making a significant impact on our clients success.

Responsibilities

- Direct the design and implementation of Java whole stack applications

- Engage with clients to understand their business challenges and technical needs

- Supervise project teams to confirm timely delivery of quality solutions

- Analyze and enhance application performance and scalability

- Mentor and develop team members to build their technical proficiency

- Manage project risks and develop mitigation strategies

- Promote the use of leading practices in software development and architecture

- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the team

What You Must Have

- Bachelors Degree

- 8 years of experience

- Oral and written proficiency in English required

What Sets You Apart

- Masters Degree in Computer Science Engineering

- Experience in financial services or banking domain

- Familiarity with Extreme Programming practices

- Exposure to Agile R&D and proof of concept development

- Writing secure and scalable code compliant with standards

- Demonstrating adaptability to changing requirements

- Analyzing complex systems under tight timelines

- Challenging the status quo to improve solutions
