Contact Type: Permanent Full Time 35 hours per week
Salary: London 32881 - 36069 or National 28886 - 31876 depending on experience
Reporting Office: Stratford London or Trafford Manchester
Persona: Agile (20 40% office based)

L&Qs Fire Safety department are looking for a Contract Coordinator to join their growing team. This is a great opportunity to develop skills and support the Fire team within Property Services. The Contract Coordinators report to the Contract Manager and have links to other areas of the organisation. Providing contract management support to our compliance pillars the Contract Coordinators provide services to internal and external customers contractors and support other business areas within Property Services and the wider organisation.

On a daily basis you will be linked to a number of contracts and will be responsible for ensuring that works are completed customers are updated payments are processed and key information/data is entered onto the relevant databases. Organisation and communication skills are a must and there needs to be a strong focus on attention to detail when logging information.

You will act as the first point of contact for contract queries general enquiries and updates relating to the work of Compliance and Fire Safety. You will ensure that contractors are held accountable for their work. You will be accountable for driving up contract compliance levels with contractors and in-house technical teams.

Excellent customer service is essential in this role with resident satisfaction and safety at the centre of everything that is done. You will take ownership and work with determination to deliver the best possible outcomes for our residents in a timely manner.

Our Contract Coordinators contribute to overall team goals and targets and with that in mind you will need to be able to work well in a team environment assisting and helping others. To be considered for this role candidates must display the following:

Ability to communicate with a range of stakeholders.

Excellent customer service skills

Competent with IT Systems with an in-depth knowledge of Excel and other Microsoft Office Applications

Knowledge of Contract Management.

Organisational skills and attention to detail.

Experience in working in a large team and inclusive working practices.
