What you will do-
As a Marketing Coordinator for Mako and Enabling Technologies (MET) at Stryker you will perform a variety of tasks involved with event coordination and logistics onsite support and cross-functional collaboration as well as marketing operational this function you will:
- Plan and execute events for customer visits such as surgeon consultant visits training labs and VOC (Voice of Customer) events at MET sites
- Manage HCP (Health Care Professional) travel and lodging needs for customer visits coordinating with cross-functional teams
- Support onsite and virtual customer events to ensure smooth operations and high-quality service
- Coordinate event logistics including attendance management communications catering requests hotel blocking travel booking and expense reconciliation
- Maintain event materials such as building signage event agendas and internal documentation aligned with company brand standards
- Collaborate with internal teams including Marketing Sales Research & Development and Medical Education to deliver cohesive customer experiences
- Prepare communication content to provide meeting support assistance as assigned
- Maintain detailed record of information in fast-paced environment and exercise discretion and professionalism in operations and communications across the business
What you need
Required
- At least 2 years of professional work experience
- High school diploma or GED/equivalent
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint)
- Ability to lift push pull and carry up to 15 pounds
Preferred
- 3 or more years of experience with marketing event coordination logistics operations and/or office management
- Associates degree or additional education
- Knowledge of medical technology is a plus
- Familiarity with SAP Concur and/or BCD Travel is a plus
$29.45-40.42 per hour plus bonus eligible benefits. Individual pay is based on skills experience and other relevant factors.
