About the Role
Were seeking a Facilities Coordinator to support a high-profile downtown Austin workplace known for its polished professional environment and fast-paced event activity. This hands-on position combines hospitality operations and light maintenance to ensure every space looks and functions perfectly.
This is a contract-to-hire opportunity offering variety growth and the chance to make a visible impact in a vibrant team-oriented setting.
What Youll Do
Maintain a presentation-ready environment across meeting and event spaces
Reset and prepare conference rooms for daily use
Support events from setup to teardown (20300 guests)
Manage dish and pantry duties ensuring top cleanliness and organization
Assist with light maintenance and vendor coordination
Greet and assist visitors ensuring a seamless on-site experience
What You Bring
2 years of experience in Facilities Workplace or Hospitality support
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Strong attention to detail and professionalism
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and handle hands-on duties
Proficiency with Microsoft Office; familiarity with systems like Corrigo or ServiceNow is a plus
