Job Description
The Warehouse Associate will move materials and/or other items from receiving to production storage or other designated areas by hand forklift crane etc.
Responsibilities
  • Responsible for the safe loading securing and delivery of orders.
  • Accountable of picking the correct material and quality according to the order pick ticket.
  • Proficient in organization of material and product for storage
  • Help with compliance and established internal control procedures to maintain inventory accuracy including cycle counts.
  • Unloading incoming shipments of goods and materials.
  • Checking for damaged or missing items.
  • Prepare shipping by recording weight size and verifying the accuracy of shipments against purchase orders or shipping manifests.
Qualifications
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Forklift experience preferred.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds if necessary.
  • Ability to work flexible hours including occasional evenings & weekends.
  • Basic computer skills previous experience in the use of scanners and barcode desired
