II. Essential Job Duties

Accurately stocks products in their designated warehouse locations ensuring accessibility for pickers. Moves and stocks products in an organized and safe manner adhering to safety guidelines. Maintains inventory accuracy by collecting stock location orders and performing cycle counts of moved inventory. Keeps pick bins replenished to ensure stock availability for order fulfillment. Restocks parts as identified by the replenish report. Organizes and stores parts in backup locations to maintain warehouse flow. Performs other duties as assigned to support warehouse operations.

III. Knowledge Skills & Abilities

Ability to safely operate warehouse equipment (e.g. pallet jacks forklifts). Functional literacy to recognize product numbers and line codes accurately. Capable of working in a fast-paced environment following standardized processes and adhering to safe work practices. High attention to detail ensuring thorough and accurate completion of tasks. Basic math skills including addition subtraction and multiplication. Ability to follow directions and work with minimal supervision. Demonstrates good housekeeping and organizational practices in all work areas. Ability to cross-train in different areas of the distribution center. Strong work ethic and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills contributing to a positive workplace environment. Displays a positive attitude and willingness to learn.

IV. Education Credentials & Experience

High School Diploma or GED (preferred). 6 months to 1 year of experience stocking products in a warehouse environment (preferred).

V. Working Environment & Physical Effort

Adheres to all safety standards including wearing appropriate PPE such as steel-toe shoes and warehouse vests. Requires repetitive work involving standing bending twisting and lifting for extended periods. Physical stamina and strength are essential. Ability to lift load unload push and pull parts weighing up to 50 pounds. Willingness to work assigned hours with potential for overtime including Saturdays. Must be able to work in various temperature conditions (summer heat and winter cold).
