Centurion is proud to be a leading provider of comprehensive healthcare services to correctional facilities state hospitals and community mental health centers nationwide.

We are currently seeking afull-time Electronic Health Records (EHR)Managerto Corporate team. Salary starting at $130000 depending on years of experience.

The EHR Manager oversees the implementation optimization and ongoing management of the organizations electronic health record (EHR) system. This role is responsible for leading a team of EHR Specialists Trainers and support staff ensuring system functionality meets the needs of clinical administrative and compliance teams. The EHR Manager collaborates across departments to improve workflows maintain regulatory compliance and support strategic initiatives related to health information management.

Qualifications

  • Lead mentor and develop a team of EHR Specialists Trainers and support personnel
  • Set priorities assign projects and manage workload to meet deadlines and service level agreements
  • Foster collaboration between IT clinical and operational teams
  • Oversee the configuration customization and maintenance of the EHR system
  • Coordinate testing and validation of new releases upgrades and enhancements
  • Monitor system performance troubleshoot issues and implement solutions in partnership with IT
  • Ensure data integrity security and compliance with HIPAA and other applicable regulations
  • Oversee training programs for new hires ongoing education and system updates
  • Partner with department leaders to identify training needs and optimize workflows
  • Ensure user adoption through coaching communication and support resources
  • Evaluate current processes and recommend improvements to increase efficiency and user satisfaction
  • Develop and monitor EHR-related KPIs and performance metrics
  • Provide leadership with regular reports on EHR usage performance and optimization initiatives
  • Serve as the primary liaison with the EHR vendor for support upgrades and contract management
  • Manage vendor relationships to ensure service quality and cost-effectiveness
  • Perform other responsibilities as assigned
  • Bachelors degree in Healthcare Administration Health Information Management Information Systems or related field (Masters preferred)
  • 5 years of experience with EHR systems including 2 years in a leadership role
  • Strong knowledge of healthcare workflows compliance requirements and data management
  • Experience with Fusion required
  • Excellent leadership communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment
