We are currently seeking to appoint a Deputy Head Of Technology with a proven number of years experience in technology management including experience overseeing software development and implementation teams within Employee Benefits
What They Will Be Doing
Provide strategic leadership and support technological advancement and innovation within the Employee Benefits division.
Assist the Head of Technology in managing service delivery developing robust reporting systems and ensuring benefit platform & delivery functions align with corporate strategies.
Create and implement technology strategies and roadmaps across infrastructure solutions data and analytics.
Collaborate with various departments to ensure technology initiatives support business goals and drive continuous improvement.
Oversee the reliability security and effectiveness of systems ensuring alignment with business objectives.
Lead mentor and develop a team of professionals fostering a culture of high performance and innovation.
Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and manage cybersecurity risks.
What We Are Looking For
Proven experience in benefit platform & delivery management ideally within the Employee Benefits or financial services sector.
Strong strategic planning and leadership skills with a track record of driving digital transformation.
Experience in developing and implementing technology strategies and roadmaps.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work across multiple business functions.
Demonstrated ability to manage compliance risk and cybersecurity within a regulated environment.
A proactive innovative mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.
