Job Summary
HVAC CAD Manager position in Orange County CA
This is a permanent position with extensive benefits package and career growth opportunities. We are a large Design-Build Mechanical Contractor that works on many of CAs biggest and best Plumbing and Mechanical Projects.
We are looking for an HVAC CAD Manager with 5 or more years of HVAC CAD Management experience.
Responsibilities:
- Train Junior Designers/Detailers the Autodesk Fabrication Suite AutoCAD Revit among other BIM-applications
- Coordinate with Plumbing Department
- Build HVAC CAD Standards
Requirements:
- 5 years of CAD Management experience
- Prior HVAC Detailing/Design experience
- Prior Journeyman experience
Preferred:
- Prior Foreman experience
- Local in Orange County
- Familiar with Title 24 OSHPD and ASHRAE standards
- Stable work-history
- Currently working for mechanical/plumbing contractor
- Medium to Large Project experience
- Knowledge working with Revit SysQue BIM 360 Glue among others
- Bachelors in Mechanical Engineering or similar
