Wage: $80142.40/Year
Locations: Everett WA or Kirkland WA

What Your Day May Look Like
- Manage a shift and/or segment of guarding operations at multiple sites including supervision of subordinate officers and supervisory staff.
- Meet with upper management for status updates and to address current or future concerns.
- Ensure that service expectations are being met through regular contact with clients.
- Participate in and coordinate with management regarding training and development of staff.
- Maintain ad submit payroll records and other employee and business information.
- Maintain a positive and professional work environment on site.
- Communicate and coordinate scheduling staffing equipment record keeping and related matters to ensure smooth delivery of services.

Position Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- 2 years of progressive supervisory and management experience OR a college degree.
- College Degree OR 2 years of honorable military experience proof required upon onboarding)
- Must be reliable accountable punctual and have a strong work ethic.
- Must have a strong grasp of appropriate and professional verbal/written communication.
- Conflict resolution and de-escalation skills a plus.
- Proficient computer / technology skills needed.
- Customer service background preferred.
- Strong planning organizing and leadership skills.
- Ability to take initiative achieve results and meet deadlines.
- Reliable and self-motivated.
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills a must.
