About this role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Microsoft Power Platform Specialist to lead the development of internal applications and automation solutions. This role focuses on building enterprise-grade workflows and AI-powered Copilot agents using Power Automate and Copilot Studio. The ideal candidate will collaborate with various HR functions to deliver scalable secure and user-friendly solutions aligned with business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design build and maintain applications using Microsoft 365 technologies including Power Apps Power Automate Copilot Studio Teams message extensions plugins chatbots and SharePoint.
• Develop and implement automated workflows integrating Microsoft 365 SharePoint and third-party SaaS platforms.
• Build test and deploy Copilot agents using Copilot Studio leveraging natural language prompts generative AI and Power Platform connectors.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into low-code/no-code solutions.
• Optimize and maintain existing Power Platform solutions and rebuild existing blue prism solutions using Power Automate.
• Write clean scalable code and develop testing protocols.
• Troubleshoot and resolve bugs and manage deployment processes.
• Stay updated with emerging development tools and industry trends.

Required Qualifications:

• 4 years of experience with Microsoft Power Platform especially Power Automate.
• 2 year of experience with Copilot Studio including building and deploying Copilot agents.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in software development web services and APIs.
• At least 3 years of experience in developing apps and automation using M365 and Power Platform suite (Power Apps Power Automate Power Pages Power BI and Dataverse).
• Preferred knowledge of programming languages such as C# .NET Node Java Python and PowerShell.
• Excellent problem-solving communication and teamwork skills.
